WegoPro
B2B corporate travel and expense platform. Four years as a senior web developer, remote.

What it is

WegoPro is a B2B corporate travel and expense platform - book flights and hotels, enforce travel policy, run approvals, and reconcile expenses in one place. Formerly Travelstop. I spent four years here as a senior web developer, fully remote, and it is the work I'd point to first.

What I shipped

The product surface, end to end:

  • Recent bookings and trip management.
  • Policy-change indicators that flag out-of-policy choices inline.
  • Hierarchy-based approval flows.
  • Custom fields for org-specific data.
  • The onboarding flow.
  • The entire back-office dashboard.

The migration

The big one. I led the move off a four-year-old Nuxt 2 codebase without stopping delivery:

  • Used Vue 3 web components as a bridge layer, so new and legacy code ran side by side - no big-bang rewrite, no feature freeze.
  • Migrated the main app toward a Vue 3 SPA, piece by piece.
  • Solo-migrated the entire back-office dashboard to Nuxt 4 + Nuxt UI.

Migrating a live business-critical app while it keeps shipping is the part I'm proudest of.

How I worked

  • Designed a modular-monolith frontend architecture the team adopted.
  • Owned frontend technical direction and best practices.
  • Ran code review and mentored teammates on Vue 3 patterns.
  • Partnered with design and PM to turn specs into shipped features.
  • Owned production stability - triaged and fixed issues when things broke.
